The group
Since 1984 we have designed and built the systems that keep the world's most demanding manufacturers producing. Three companies, one way of working.
Origins
In 1984 Delta and Disur were founded to solve automation problems that local industry did not know how to tackle. Ten years later they merged to create Desarrollo de Sistemas Avanzados, and with it the ambition to stop being local suppliers and become capital equipment manufacturers.
International expansion came in 2008. Since then we have delivered projects in twenty countries and opened an office in China, and we have brought into the group the capabilities our customers asked for and that we could not subcontract without losing control: precision machining with AMSX in 2014, and digitalisation, energy and cybersecurity with Digital Energy Systems in 2021.
Today we are a group of more than one hundred and forty people who design, build, program, validate and commission. All under one roof and one responsibility.
Integrated capability
An integrator subcontracts machining and depends on the workshop. A workshop machines but does not program. A consultancy digitalises but does not build. We do all three, and that is what makes the difference when a project gets complicated.
When a tooling part does not fit, it is corrected in our own workshop without raising an order with a third party. When the customer requires traceability or regulatory compliance, the team designing the line works with the team designing the network architecture. When validation is needed on site, our own people go.
The result is a single point of contact from concept to after-sales, and lead times that do not depend on anyone else's schedule.
Capability
Concept engineering and mechanical and electrical design. Manufacture and assembly of assembly lines and functional test benches. Precision machining and tooling. PLC programming for the leading manufacturers on the market. FAT and SAT validation, CE marking and on-site commissioning.
Team
Building special machinery cannot be automated: it depends on engineers, programmers and fitters with sound judgement. That is why we train our own people and help train those who are coming next, through Dual Vocational Training programmes in automation and robotics, agreements with universities and partnerships with schools across the province.
In 2025 that work was recognised with the 9th Alianza Award for Dual Vocational Training in the SME category.
Tell us what you need to produce and we will tell you how we would do it.
